I am embarking on a new art project - involving squished pennies. Remember those penny squisher machines you see when you go on vacation to tourist hotspots? Well, I want you to squish a penny for me every time you see one. I'm not joking, I really want you to do this! I will even pay you the cost of the penny, the envelope, and the postage to get it to me. Why? Because I'm going to make a coffee table covered in them! Thanks everyone for all of the attention I've received for my Lego Ship deviation! Never in my life did I expect to get a DD, and I really wish I could thank everyone who +faved it, but I'm afraid I just haven't had the time! Perhaps soon I will go through and thank you all :-) It's been a hectic couple of months, but I want to let you all know that if you want to see the ship in real life, it will be on display at the Lego Kidsfest in Pittsburgh June 17th-19th. So if you live in the Pittsburgh area, you should definitely come! It will also be on display at the Brickfair in Chantilly, VA in August for anyone who lives in that area or plans t

Well the last two weeks have been a blast - the first Youtube I ever posted went semi-viral. I created a time lapse video of myself building a Lego Ship in a bottle and it was "discovered" and made the rounds on a variety of geeky websites like Gizmodo, Brother's Brick, Wired, and the Ripley's Believe it or Not blog. Quite frankly I was astonished and very much flattered. Thank you to all of the people who tweeted, facebooked, and promoted the video. I owe its popularity all to you!
